Since Sunshine Designs is ran by one person, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped.
 
Tracking:
You will ALWAYS receive a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships via email/text.
 
Lost Packages:
I do not believe it should ever be the customer's fault if your package does not arrive to you. If your tracking number shows that the package has not been marked delivered after 14 days, please contact njsunshinedesigns@gmail.com. I will first submit a missing mail search to USPS (usually successful). If the package has still not been delivered within 14 days after that, I will re-ship the package to you at my expense.
