Apparel can be returned with shipping at the buyer's expense for a refund or a store credit.
*ANY CUSTOM TEXT apparel is NOT eligible for a return or exchange.*
If an item does not fit, it can be exchanged at the customer's expense. Meaning, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the shipped cost for the new item. Please see the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the site to request an exchange.
If your order gets delivered damaged or defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures for proof as soon as possible after delivery. Thank you.
